- Activities Done
- Number of NSS Units of the University was raised from 108 to 150.
- More than 95% units successfully organized their ten-day-special camps each year.
- Programmes of Welfare like Mother-Child Care, Immunization, Leprosy Eradication, Blood Donation, Plantation, Literacy, Environmental Protection, Polythene Control, Population Control, AIDS Awareness etc. were launched all over the seven districts under the jurisdiction of C.C.S. University, Meerut.
- NSS functionaries were motivated to assist the district authorities in the programmes of Human Welfare.
- 1998 onwards NSS Volunteers of this University were regularly selected for the Pre-R.D. and Republic Day Parade Camps.

- A UNICEF sponsored workshop for the NSS Functionaries was organized in 1999.
- A U.G.C. sponsored workshop for the NSS Programme Officers and Teachers was organized in collaboration with Population Education Resource Centre, University of Lucknow in 2000.
- A programme on Gandhi was organized by NSS Volunteers in the University Campus with the guidance and financial assistance from Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti, Rajghat, New Delhi. Such Programmes have been made a permanent feature of NSS activities of this university.
- Four National Integration Camps were organized in 1998, 1998 and 1999 in Hardwar District and in 2004 at C.C.S. University, Meerut.

ADMINISTRATIE EXPERIENCE (College-Level)
- National Service Scheme (NSS)
As programme Officer of the College NSS Unit (1991-1994) three special camps and normal activities were organized with remarkable discipline. Programmes were appreciated by the University authorities and District Magistrate, who got certain camp photographs displayed in the prestigious Nauchandi Mela of Meerut (1992.)
Incharge, College Cultural Programmes from 1983 to 1986. During the period of the College figured prominently among the participants of the University level debates, essay competitions and other cultural activities.
- Work Done as Officiating Principal / Principal
As Officiating Principal of Shri Shaligram Sharma Smarak (PG) College, Rasna (Meerut) from 20th June, 1994 to 17th October, 1994 and from 8th February, 1995 to 10th April, 2003; and as Principal, selected by the U.P. Higher Education Service Commission, Allahabad, joining on 11th April, 2003, the following work has been done:
- Organized five university level sports tournaments since 1997 – (Volleyball (M) – 1996-97; Table Tennis (M & W) 1997-98; Wrestling (M) – 1998-99; Kabaddi (M) – 1999-2000; Volleyball (M) – 2001-02).
- Published regularly the college annual magazine, Radha since 1995.
- Received and properly utilized the grants from the UGC during 8th, 9th & 10th five year plans.
- Library Buildings have been constructed with U.G.C. Building grant and financial assistance from the management committee.
- Out of a special grant of Rs. 50,000/- sanctioned by the U.P. Government a Girls Common Room has been constructed in the college campus.
- Received a special grant of Rs. 1,00,000/- from the U.G.C. for installing computers in the college.
- Received a special grant of Rs.9,00,000/- from the U.G.C. for construction of a Women’s Hostel in the college campus.
- Four subjects – Hindi, English, History and Home Science – have been started for the post-graduate students since 1997.
- Home Science has been introduced for under-graduate students from the academic session, 1999-2000.
- The pass percentage of the students of all the classes has been between 95% - 100%.
- The college Team Manger led the University Wrestling Team and won the Runner’s award, the ‘Silver Club’ in All India Inter University Wrestling Tournament organized at Rohtak in 1998.
- The college Team Manger led the C.C.S. University, Meerut Kabaddi Team and won the Winner’s award in the All India Inter-University Kabaddi Tournament organized at Hyderabad in 1999.
- The college has produced a National Level Wrestler named Anil Maan who was declared ‘Bharat Kumar’ in 2000.
- The college is known for its discipline and peaceful atmosphere.
- The college is a recognized research centre for Ph.D. Degree in five subjects – English, History, Political Science, Sociology and Economics. Several researchers have completed their Ph.D. and others are still pursuing their work.
- Organized a UGC sponsored National Seminar on “The Emerging Forms and Functions of Indian Federal System” on 24-25 February, 2006.
